The regular weekly Farmers Market runs from April through November on Wednesdays from 4 pm - 7 pm. The Spring and Winter Artisan Market happen twice a year on Saturday 10 am - 3 pm.

Weekly Wednesday Farmers Market

This is a local, producer-only market, which means each vendor must be the original grower, creator, maker, or builder of whatever they sell.

Seasonal Artisan
Market

This market happens twice a year on a Saturday in March and December, and is open to all artisans, crafters, bakers, and food trucks.

Weekly Wednesday Farmers Market

Regular Season: April 17th - November 20th from 4 pm - 7 pm
Winter Pick-Up Market February 7th - March 27th from 4 pm - 5 pm


Rules & Regulations

  • Reselling is not permitted except for produce and seafood that is not available locally, and even these must be approved by the Market Manager.

  • Priority is given to vendors from Blythewood, Ridgeway, and surrounding areas.

  • We maintain a balance of products offered to ensure the success of our vendors, and avoid over-saturation of one type of product. Priority is given to vendors selling "groceries" (pickles, grains, sauces, etc).

  • We are in need of vendors with the following products/services:

    • Salsa

    • Granola

    • Woodworking

  • There are vendor fees for each market. Farmers pay $10, artisans and bakers pay $15, and food-trucks pay $20 each night.

  • If your product has safety requirements, all vendors are required to demonstrate compliance with the State, DHEC, and Department of Agricultural requirements for safety and public sale, especially for climate-controlled baked goods, dairy and livestock products. Application Process

  • There is a $5 application fee for all new vendors.

  • Gather photos of your products. The information you submit will become your vendor profile on our website once you're accepted

  • If you operate a business that is regulated by state agency like DHEC or SCDA, you need to update your permits, as well as insurance.

  • After applying, please await an email response from the Manager determining your acceptance or waitlist status.

This application is One-For-All; once you're in the system for 2024, then your application is on file for any markets in the calendar year. Just log in to your profile after you're accepted to request additional dates, including the Artisan Market dates.

Rules & Regulations

  • The market is open to all artisans, crafters, bakers, and food trucks. his events also can include one representative from direct-sales businesses, or other people re-selling items. Non-profits are welcome to contact us for information about how we can partner with you.

  • Applications for the March 16th market are due on Monday, March 4th and payment is due Saturday, March 9th. Late applications will be waitlisted.

  • Vendor fees are: $40 for artisans, snack vendors, and bakers, $15 for farmers , and $100 for food trucks. Invoices will be sent and paid online to the email provided on your application.
